Scripture tells us that we are to FEAR THE LORD. This does not mean that we should have a DRED-TYPE OF FEAR OF THE LORD, rather, we are to fear the Lord in the same way that a child FEARS his parent, and knows that when he misbehaves there will be consequences!

Our triune God knows everything there is to know (omniscient). Billions of years before he created man, He knew that we would become sinful.

Because of this, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost made an agreement to ‘purchase back’ (redeem) this fallen race of man, each of them taking on an equal part of the plan.

This plan is called the Covenant Of Redemption.

It’s just a ‘total-mind-blower’ that a Perfect and Holy God would love such FILTH as we are to the point that He would call us His kids!

“How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.” – 1 John 3:1

“This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.” – 1 John 3:10

I thought the Bible didn’t have any contradictions, so why does Isaiah 7:14 tell us that the Christ will be named ‘Immanuel’ when He was actually named ‘Jesus’? Well, it turns out that ‘Immanuel’ means GOD WITH US…which is exactly who Jesus was/is!

Holy: ‘Set apart’…for special use only! An everyday example of this is ‘mom’s china’; we only pulled out the ‘good plates’ on special occasions! …- “…holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty (omnipotent), Who was and Who is and Who is to come” – Rev 4:8 (amplified).

So…what is it that makes Jesus worthy of our praise? Why does He deserve our praise when there are so many FALSE gods that we could give it to?

”Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” – Rev. 5:1-9,12

Jesus has the same question for every person: “Do you know me personally, or do you just know ABOUT me?”

No event EVER takes place that isn’t ‘first cleared’ by God!

 God never says:

“What now?”

“Well-I-be-!”

“I wasn’t expecting that”

“HOLY COW!”

“I wasn’t countn’ on that one!”
